We are on our way to HERSHEY PARK!!

When? Thursday, May 15, 2008

Leave? From QAS at 8 a.m.

Return? To QAS at 8:30 p.m.

Cost? $30.00

(check made out to QAS preferable; applies to both students and parent chaperones)

Wear? Comfortable, weather appropriate clothes

and sneakers- NO FLIP FLOPS! Follow QAS

out-of-dress-code guidelines. Hats and

sunscreen are strongly recommended.

Bring? Water and money for food in the park.

Chaperones? 7^th grade advisors and Ms Holyer

*There will also be room for some parents to go on a first paid, first served basis!

Money is due to Mrs. Bagnell by Friday, April 4^th so we can get the early-bird prices.

Anne School with this signed slip. My child will dress

appropriately and will bring lunch money that day. My

child’s health information and emergency information

are up to date and on file at the school.
