President’s Report

·        Please remind your classes to keep the area outside of the gym clean; otherwise, we could lose this privilege.  Thank you!

 

Vice President’s Report

·        Thank you for signing up for your committee.  It is really important you attend these meetings to voice your opinion and the views of your classes.    (Presidents attend each committee meeting)

 

Secretary’s Report

·        Please make sure you pick up the minutes to take to your class meetings

·        Folders are ready today!  Please make sure you bring these to each meeting, so you can keep all of your SGA and class related material together. 

·        MS – Please return the folders to Ms. Holyer’s office after each meeting and pick them up before you come to the meetings.  Thank you!  

 

Treasurer’s Report

·        Update on Halloween Bake-Sale – Tuesday October 16th – Friday October 19th.  Every class officer and MS representative will be asked to help with this fundraiser.  Mark your calendars.    

·        Out-of-dress code day on October 19th - $1.00

Blue/Gold Field Day Committee’s Report

·        This year’s theme is The Amazing Race

·        Thank you to the classes who submitted their Spirit Week papers.  Spirit week this year is the week of October 22nd.  This year’s days will be

§  Thursday – BAMMA/MIX-MATCH DAY

·        Theme is Party at the Pearl – ticket prices will be $15 per person or $25 per couple.  $20 at the door.  Date tickets will go on sale - TBA
